Subscriptions
At Vanwear, we're dedicated to providing a continuous experience of satisfaction to our customers. In order to achieve this, we are providing 6-month subscription plans for our customers, enabling them to refresh their workwear more frequently and automatically. If they choose to opt out of the subscription down the line, we will gladly provide that option to them. Note that to qualify for these subscription services, customers must place a minimum order determined by the subscription details.
Entry Tier
Our entry tier subscription provides our customers with 5 new products at a reduced rate. This includes free shipping and a discounted gross rate.
To qualify for this subscription you must place an order for a minimum of 5 products.
Middle Tier
Our middle tier subscription provides our customers with 10 new products at a reduced rate. This includes free shipping and a discounted gross rate.
To qualify for this subscription you must place an order for a minimum of 10 products.
High Tier
Our high tier subscription provides our customers with 15 new products at a reduced rate. This includes free shipping and a discounted gross rate.
To qualify for this subscription you must place an order for a minimum of 15 products.
Registering for a Subscription
To register for a subscription, please contact us at sales@vanwear.net referencing your previous order number in the subject bar. A member of our team will respond to you swiftly with information regarding the subscription itself, the automated 6-monthly fulfillment process and cancellation instructions. Note that response times may vary depending on submission time. All order totals will be invoiced to you and must be paid prior to production. In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided by the team member that is in contact with you.
